About the role

Own the partner channel across the Southeast US for a maker of heat pump systems sold through HVAC contractors. Grow existing partners and sign new ones while building the regional playbook.

What you will do

Spend most time helping current certified partners sell and install more systems
Prospect and sign HVAC contractors and dealers across the Southeast territory
Run ride-alongs with install crews and training sessions with partner sales teams
Visit contractor shops to present the product and make the case for partnership
Build a repeatable regional playbook as the territory develops

What they look for

Experience selling through HVAC contractors or dealer channels
Comfort with heavy regional travel, roughly half to three quarters of the time
Ability to train and coach partner sales and installation teams
Self-starter who can build a territory largely from scratch
