The role spans the revenue funnel, building reporting and operational infrastructure that lets the go to market team execute efficiently at scale, with heavy use of AI to turn data into insight.
What you will do
- Produce strategic analysis for executives that anticipates pipeline risk, coverage gaps and upcoming opportunities
- Ensure forecasting and KPI tracking rest on accurate, complete and standardized data
- Act as operational partner to go to market leaders on process design, documentation and management
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Salesforce developers
- Manage reporting across Salesforce and connected platforms such as Gong, Salesloft and Highspot
What they look for
- Seven or more years in revenue, sales or go to market operations, ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
- Advanced AI skills, including extensive experience building agents used in daily work
- Deep Salesforce expertise, able to architect reporting, write developer ready requirements and weigh in on data modeling
- Track record of turning go to market needs into precise technical requirements for development teams
- Fluency with Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana and similar tools, including reporting and analytics
- Strong analysis and communication of performance data to executive audiences
