Energy Executive

About the role

An operations role supporting customers through the whole energy journey, from signing up to metering, billing and debt. The executive helps deliver strong service at every interaction.

What you will do

• Handle varied operational tasks across the customer journey
• Support customers from initial contracting and onboarding through to metering and billing
• Act as an advocate for customers at each stage of their journey
• Adapt as business needs and priorities change
• Work independently and with colleagues in a team

• Strong organisational skills
• A good level of numerical ability
• Excellent attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative and the drive to see tasks through
• Comfort with IT applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
