Regional Sales Manager, MedTech

About the role

Own a regional territory selling pharmaceutical packaging equipment, growing existing accounts and finding new business while working inside a global matrix organisation. The role is home based with frequent travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Build and carry out sales plans and market entry initiatives for packaging equipment used in pharma
• Grow relationships with current accounts and spot chances to expand them
• Seek out new customers, markets and business openings
• Run the whole sales cycle and explain technical and commercial value to buyers and colleagues
• Keep forecasts, pipelines and customer records accurate and current
• Track market shifts, competitor moves and customer needs in the pharmaceutical sector

What they look for

• Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering or a similar discipline
• At least three years selling capital equipment
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad about half the time

Nice to have

• Background in B2B project sales and marketing
• Track record of pushing sales projects through a matrix organisation
• Commercial skill paired with technical understanding
• Prior medical industry experience and interest in machines and technology
