Senior Project Manager, Corporate Office MEP Infrastructure and Renovations

About the role

Leads office infrastructure and facility renovation projects across the country, with emphasis on the Southeast, acting as the owner's representative from start to finish. The role is remote with regular travel to client sites.

What you will do

• Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout for several real estate projects at once
• Work with clients to set scope, staffing needs, budgets, schedules, quality controls and risk plans
• Report project status to the project management director and other business leaders
• Coach other project managers and help them build deeper expertise
• Run competitive proposal processes, assess bids and recommend delivery partners to clients
• Hold regular status meetings and help teams resolve issues through to completion

What they look for

• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or later
• Roughly eight to ten years of relevant experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
• Proven record advising senior leadership strategically and leading delivery teams
• Ability to juggle multiple projects or programs at different stages in a demanding, fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and MS Project

Nice to have

• LEED AP, PMP or CCM certification
• Owner's representative work for Class A financial or professional services clients
• Infrastructure and MEP project experience
• Familiarity with Procore and Textura
