- Check client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile plans that involve only rollovers and plan stock using Excel and admin software
- Run 401(k) testing and reporting in administration software
- Send reminder calls and emails to clients during the reporting cycle
- Prepare government filings such as IRS Form 5500 and explain plan documents to clients
