What you will do

  • Run the regional operating calendar: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs and leadership meetings
  • Lead forecasting end to end, including roll-up logic and snapshot discipline
  • Set and enforce commit criteria, stage definitions and pipeline hygiene
  • Own the annual planning cycle: segmentation, territories, quotas and capacity models
  • Partner with finance on reconciling sales and financial forecasts
