Sales Assistant

About the role

Generate and manage sales opportunities by engaging potential customers through email, phone and online chat, qualifying leads and preparing quotes. The role keeps customer records current and supports the wider sales team.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate quotes and confirm project details for technical and production teams
• Keep CRM records, leads, opportunities and tasks organised and current
• Work with marketing to convert campaign leads into sales conversations
• Support Account Reps with customer information, product materials and follow-ups
• Maintain key account relationships through regular check-ins and updates

What they look for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, computer science, physics, business management or a related field
• At least four years of inside sales experience, ideally in B2B or technical industries
• Confident, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written English and careful attention to detail
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Google Workspace or MS Office
• Comfortable learning new systems quickly in a fast-paced remote setting
