Sales Controller

About the role

A group-wide sales controlling role covering the full sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue and margin realisation, with the goal of making sales performance measurable and supporting profitable growth.

What you will do

• Own sales controlling for the whole group, including international business, across the entire sales cycle
• Analyse lead volume and quality, funnel conversion, cycle length and hit rates, and judge campaign effectiveness
• Examine order intake, revenue and contribution margins by region, product, customer and channel, flagging deviations early
• Build and track sales plans, forecasts and revenue and volume budgets
• Produce regular sales and management reports with clear recommendations, and develop KPIs and dashboards
• Act as a commercial partner to sales management, key accounts, marketing and project controlling

What they look for

• A degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field
• Several years in sales controlling, commercial controlling or sales finance
• Experience in a project or solution driven international setting
• A strong grasp of the whole sales funnel, from lead generation onward
