Customer Success Manager, Energy

About the role

Lead commercial and industrial customer success teams covering service, billing and tenancy changes. The role drives operational transformation and reliable, compliant customer outcomes.

What you will do

• Guide and motivate operational teams so they hit performance targets and deliver strong customer results
• Lead improvements to processes, systems and workflows that cut manual work and lower cost to serve
• Oversee accurate and timely billing, reduce risk and resolve complicated customer problems
• Work with sales, account management, IT, finance and risk to create seamless customer experiences
• Promote continuous improvement, learning and change adoption across the teams
• Shape operational strategy, strengthen financial results and keep compliance robust

• Commercial awareness plus a record of operational improvement and change management
