About the role

A remote role assisting travellers with destination discovery, package review and reservation arrangements. The specialist focuses on client needs and supports the booking process from start to finish.

What you will do

• Help individuals with upcoming holiday arrangements
• Learn each client's preferred destinations, schedules, budgets and interests
• Research suitable holidays through approved supplier resources
• Find accommodation, resort packages, cruises, transport, excursions and activities
• Compare products and prepare organised recommendations for clients
• Explain features, accommodation, prices, inclusions and booking policies
