A remote leadership role focused on coaching a sales team, refining processes and growing revenue. The person owns pipeline health, forecasting and conversion improvements.
What you will do
- Lead and manage a group of sales development and account executive staff
- Set targets, KPIs and activity benchmarks and hold the team accountable
- Run one to one coaching, performance reviews and weekly check-ins
- Improve the funnel from lead to close through playbooks, scripts and workflows
- Track pipeline health, analyze deal flow and deliver accurate forecasts
- Support hiring, onboarding and ramp-up of new sales representatives
What they look for
- At least three years in sales management or business development leadership
- A record of meeting revenue targets and raising team performance
- Solid grasp of the complete sales cycle
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
Nice to have
- Background in B2B SaaS, agencies or fast growing startups
- Experience with sales enablement or training programs
- Prior work scaling teams or processes
