About the role

Works alongside other sales reps to grow targeted accounts, and gets called in as the product expert when a deal needs clinical or technical depth. Territory analysis and account planning are part of the routine.

What you will do

• Grow sales and profit in assigned product categories and manage the territory through field activity, prospecting and account analysis
• Build and present clinical or technical proposals showing how products fit a customer's systems and equipment
• Act as product specialist when complex technical sales need closing, and keep up with competitor activity and market conditions
• Keep management informed through written and verbal reports on customer needs and new product potential

What they look for

• Able to live near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and be in the field five days a week
• Know the products, clinical practice and procedures in the territory, and track competitors, prices and regulations
• Skilled at building relationships with clinicians, physicians, hospital contacts and industry influencers
• Good at presenting to decision makers and handling objections

Nice to have

• Experience working with account-assigned sales reps to close deals
• A track record of running product evaluations, trials and in-services
