What you will do

• Own member journey processes and client materials, guiding clients through requirements and resolving questions
• Run meeting documentation for client calls and internal syncs, from agendas and decks to minutes and action tracking
• Log and follow up on open items and deliverables from meetings and email threads
• Handle routine client inquiries by working with internal departments to gather answers
• Coordinate intake, routing and resolution of member grievances
• Cover for the client success manager or operations owner when needed

What they look for

• Two to four years in operations, client support or administrative account coordination
• Two to four years managing stakeholders
• Direct client-facing experience with clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and Microsoft Excel for tracking and organization
• Familiarity with project or collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence or Power BI at user level
• Experience running meetings, including agendas, detailed notes and action item follow-up

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid or commercial health plans
