A remote analyst role in a payment program management team. The person leads billing and payment projects, studies operations and improves accuracy and efficiency across billing workflows.
What you will do
- Grow billing and payment reporting using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
- Study workflows and put automation in place with business, accounting and technical partners
- Lead efforts to improve card and ACH acceptance while lowering processing costs
- Handle incident response for payment outages and performance problems
- Run projects that improve Zuora features and its links to other systems
- Serve as main contact for SOX audits and compliance reviews
What they look for
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications
- Familiarity with Zuora or similar enterprise billing software
- Skill at analyzing ERP scenarios and giving practical recommendations
- Experience leading user acceptance testing with cross functional groups
