- Work with the customer to understand needs, priorities and expected outcomes
- Act as proxy product owner and support daily product decisions
- Own the requirements management process across the project lifecycle
- Refine the backlog with stakeholders and run clarification sessions with engineers
- Align business requirements with technical approaches alongside architects, developers and QA
- Help prioritise sprints and give timely business decisions
