What you will do

  • Advise leaders on market pricing, internal equity, salary structures and pay actions
  • Run complex job evaluations, survey analyses and pay-compression studies, then propose fixes
  • Build comp models and scenarios, and present the findings to management and senior leaders
  • Keep comp systems aligned by validating job and pay data and coordinating annual cycles
  • Lead comp projects, manage survey vendors and support FLSA and other compliance work
