What you will do

  • Handle complaints, conflicts, attendance, conduct and performance concerns, including investigations and documentation
  • Research and apply federal, state and local rules on wage and hour, classification, leave, accommodations and final pay
  • Run benefits enrollments, life events, eligibility changes and open enrollment, and reconcile deductions with payroll
  • Prepare workforce data for EEO-1, ACA forms, new-hire reporting and audits
