What you will do

  • Handle employee relations for the remote office team, from corrective action to investigations and exits
  • Advise HR and managers on pay, benefits and payroll rules and on new state and federal laws
  • Keep leave and accommodation programs in line with FMLA, ADA, PFL, FLI, STD and LTD
  • Write standard operating procedures for compliance policies and programs
  • Work with HR, fulfillment, customer service and corporate teams on I-9 checks, accommodations and background checks
