What you will do

  • Run day-to-day CMDB operations and lead complex investigations into configuration items and their relationships.
  • Watch data quality metrics and governance controls, then coordinate fixes with service and application owners.
  • Validate discovery results, integrations and reconciliation, and help onboard new CI classes and data sources.
  • Build dashboards and scorecards on CMDB health and report trends to leadership.
