  • Coordinate design, content, video and web work with internal teams, freelancers, agencies and vendors.
  • Own the creative calendar and capacity plan, and communicate milestones and updates.
  • Check assets before release for layout, typography, color, logo use, file specs, grammar, tone and claims.
  • Keep QA checklists per asset type and log recurring errors so quality improves upstream.
