What you will do

  • Own modeling and underwriting for new sites, covering site-level P&L, net investment, lease economics, cash flows and returns
  • Analyze portfolio decisions such as remodels, lease renewals, reinvestments and closures
  • Model complex real estate deals, including relocations, expansions, blend-and-extend negotiations and lease restructurings
  • Own the development capital expenditure budget and forecast, and lead post-opening performance reviews against approved economics

  • Solid grasp of restaurant or retail P&L statements, forecasting and budgeting
  • Advanced Excel modeling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
