Senior Director, Corporate Sales

About the role

Lead a high growth corporate sales segment, owning go to market strategy and revenue across new and existing accounts. The role develops sales directors and their account executives.

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth across both new logo acquisition and expansion business
• Shape strategy, culture and execution alongside senior leaders
• Build a bench of future sales leaders through hiring and development

What they look for

• Twelve or more years in sales leadership at a SaaS or high growth tech company
• Experience leading leaders and building multi layered, high performing teams
• Consistent record of exceeding targets across industries and buyer types
• Clear growth strategy covering both new business and expansion
• Skill with pipeline management, forecasting and performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools
• Strong cross functional collaboration with senior stakeholders
