Trust & Safety Product Manager

About the role

Own safety and compliance for a very large consumer AI product, driving moderation, age verification and red teaming as a product discipline rather than policy or operations.

What you will do

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features together with engineers
• Make safety and regulatory trade-offs across user safety, compliance and product impact
• Define detection thresholds and manage false positives and human review
• Work closely with the CTO, legal and safety lead and product lead
• Review reports that may contain disturbing or illegal material

What they look for

• Five or more years in product management with proven ownership of decisions, delivery and results
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement with concrete examples of trade-offs
• Solid technical grasp of safety systems, thresholds, false positives and human review
• Based in Europe
• Comfortable working with explicit adult content and reviewing disturbing reports
