Territory Manager, Diabetes

About the role

A field sales role promoting diabetes products and services to clinicians, patients and referral sources in a defined territory. The manager drives growth through sales calls, education and close work with clinical teams.

What you will do

• Promote, sell and service diabetes products to physicians, patients and referral sources through calls and education
• Carry out quarterly sales and market development plans, adjusting them to hit targets
• Work with clinical territory managers, diabetes educators and other teams to teach stakeholders about intensive diabetes management and gluc
• Give product and therapy support at staff in-services, physician seminars and community organisations
• Track territory expenses, inventory and returns, and log engagements in Salesforce

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree
• At least three years of prior sales experience
• A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to drive most of the time in the territory, with some overnight travel

Nice to have

• Field sales experience
• Medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales background
• Experience with Salesforce
• Prior inside sales or field clinical experience
