Senior Finance Business Analyst (Safeguarding, Treasury and Accounting)

About the role

A regulatory programme around the FCA cryptoasset regime needs an experienced business analyst. The role turns regulatory requirements into operating models, controls, processes and technology solutions across finance, treasury and accounting.

What you will do

• Translate safeguarding requirements into processes, controls and operating procedures
• Assess current and target states across finance, treasury and accounting
• Define reconciliation, record keeping and client asset safeguarding needs
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across several functions
• Produce requirements, process maps, user stories and functional specifications

What they look for

• Extensive business analysis experience in financial services
• Strong grasp of finance, treasury and accounting processes
• Proven delivery of regulatory change programmes
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FCA regulations and regulatory change delivery
• Experience with client assets, safeguarding or asset protection frameworks
• Exposure to cryptoassets, digital assets, custody or exchanges
• Treasury controls, reconciliations, ledger accounting or financial reporting experience
