What you will do

  • Maintain and improve servicing P&L models covering fees, advances, recoveries and allocations
  • Support MSR valuation with discount rates, prepayment speeds and cost-to-service assumptions
  • Build dashboards on delinquency migration, modifications, foreclosures and collections
  • Forecast servicing revenue and default expenses, including foreclosure timelines and REO
  • Model escrow balances and advance recoverability by investor
  • Prepare monthly review decks, variance analysis and operational KPIs

  • Degree in finance, accounting, statistics, business or a similar field
  • Four to seven years in mortgage FP&A, servicing analytics or portfolio analysis
  • Grasp of MSR economics, delinquency modeling and servicing cost structures
  • Experience with servicing systems such as MSP, Sagent or LoanServ
  • Fluency with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI
  • Able to handle complex workloads and tight deadlines on your own
