- Choose the highest-impact problem each sprint and take it to live use
- Build with OCR, document understanding, generation and agent loops, plus evaluation uses
- Prototype quickly, then harden into production-grade code
- Work directly with customers on claims, underwriting and broker workflows

- 6+ years building production systems, including complex customer-facing software
- At least one substantive AI feature shipped, not just a notebook proof of concept
- Solid fundamentals in OO design, testing, web security and performance
- Hands-on with Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Vue or React, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker and AWS
- Comfortable with at least one cloud in depth and able to explain tradeoffs to any audience
