Senior Full Stack Engineer, Customer Service

About the role

Build reliable customer experiences and internal tools for a customer success team, improving workflows and fixing pain points across a family focused product suite.

What you will do

• Design and maintain robust APIs and integrate third party services
• Streamline customer workflows and track down difficult bugs
• Work with customer success and engineering to spot and address common pain points
• Improve the internal tools and systems the customer success team relies on
• Own projects end to end, including implementation, testing and maintenance of backend services

What they look for

• Six or more years with Ruby on Rails, Typescript and React or React Native
• A track record of building and maintaining reliable backend services
• Comfort owning projects from start to finish
• Strong communication in both code and plain language
• Ability to work with non technical stakeholders on feature design

Pay

USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year
