Senior Manager, Client Success

About the role

A leadership role in customer success, owning large employer accounts from adoption through renewal and growth while representing the customer voice internally.

What you will do

• Own the full client lifecycle for large Fortune 500 accounts, covering member adoption, retention and expansion
• Handle renewals, revenue retention and growth across the book of business
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and present the value proposition clearly
• Challenge assumptions, flag risks early and bring a thoughtful view to decisions
• Feed customer insight into product roadmap planning and champion new offerings
• Escalate matters with strategic impact to leadership and work across functions

What they look for

• Four or more years in enterprise customer success or account management with large complex employer clients
• Fluency using AI tools and agents to run workflows, analyse information and improve output
• Solid grasp of employer healthcare ecosystems and renewal cycles
• Proven record of beating ARR targets and high client satisfaction
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to juggle many tasks
