- Lead, coach and hire platform and DevOps engineers while staying hands-on part of the week
- Own the AWS platform end to end, including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, incidents and cloud cost
- Drive adoption of agentic software development practices so AI tools stay safe and improve
- Make automated verification standard so product teams ship with embedded web and mobile tests
- Deliver environments and pipelines that keep up with agent-generated change
- Measure and improve delivery metrics such as CI time, review and QA
