Senior Manager, Global Digital & Technology System Ownership

About the role

Own the daily operation, lifecycle and compliant management of externally built patient safety platforms and validated systems in the global R&D technology portfolio. Coordinate technical, security, vendor and quality work so platforms stay reliable and inspection ready.

What you will do

• Run the system ownership model for patient safety platforms, keeping accountability for purpose, technical health, compliance and lifecycle
• Maintain governance routines, decision logs, ownership records, controls and documentation standards
• Act as the main operational escalation point, prioritizing issues and aligning stakeholders on risks and lifecycle choices
• Coordinate configuration, implementation, upgrades, integrations, testing, releases and post-release stabilization
• Manage dependencies, risks, communications, cutover, vendor deliverables and modernization efforts
• Plan lifecycle activities such as onboarding, capability growth, roadmap upkeep, technical debt reduction and retirement
