What you will do
- Direct the commercial sales development managers toward hitting objectives and performance targets
- Set and roll out management practices that keep results consistent
- Own quota attainment for the commercial sales development team
- Track lead processes and metrics and drive pipeline creation
- Help shape sales development strategy and related processes
- Coach and mentor staff, recruit and onboard new team members
