What you will do
- Manage sales development representatives toward objectives and performance targets
- Track lead processes and metrics, and drive pipeline creation
- Design and implement outbound sales development strategy and processes
- Coach representatives on best practices and mentor the team
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, holding weekly one on one meetings
- Report operational and financial KPIs to senior management and evaluate new technologies
