What you will do

• Support program development and implementation across the supply chain, steering direction and adjustments to speed up priorities
• Deliver the operational excellence roadmap together with senior leaders, keeping it aligned with functional plans
• Lead manufacturing loss analyses for sponsored initiatives and coach regional staff on improvement work
• Strengthen capability through training, mentoring, performance evaluation and talent acquisition
• Drive asset reliability so that performance, dependability and utilization reach high levels

What they look for

• Proven leadership with strong communication, influencing and change management skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and to work both independently and collaboratively
• Solid grasp of manufacturing and supply chain processes and of TPM concepts and tools
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting and implementing operational excellence programs with TPM methods
• Eight or more years in a production environment leading teams, with strong TPM experience
• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical or materials fields

Nice to have

• A master's degree
• Prior success in a lead role at a fast-growing organization and in strategic organization-wide deployment planning
