What you will do

• Act as an internal consultant and program manager on marketing, strategy, product and loyalty work
• Define objectives with leadership and pin down the key questions for each assignment
• Spot performance gaps and inefficiencies by studying member experience, quality and market data
• Turn numbers from dashboards, surveys, Excel and Tableau into recommendations leaders can use
• Lead and mentor other staff when the work calls for it

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree plus six years in marketing research, consulting or planning, or ten years in those fields without a degree
• Knowledge of financial and statistical analysis, survey design, segmentation and consumer research
• Quantitative and qualitative research skills, with solid conceptual thinking
• Familiarity with word processing, data management, spreadsheets, statistical tools and presentation software
• Project management strengths: organizing, prioritizing, solving problems and communicating
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, plus comfort presenting and running group sessions

Nice to have

• Five or more years in a health plan, Medicare Advantage, managed care or payer setting
• Experience presenting complex findings to executives and non-technical audiences
• A master's in public health, healthcare administration, business, statistics, math or psychology
