- Run detailed serviceability calculations with Quickli and lender calculators
- Research lender policies and present justified lender shortlists and loan structures
- Prepare compliance notes, lender comparisons and complete application submissions
- Track files after lodgement through conditional approval, formal approval and settlement
- Coordinate with lenders, clients and conveyancers to clear conditions and keep records current
