You will act as a senior technical lead designing, building and maintaining complex networks across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments for a federal civil customer.

What you will do
- Serve as escalation point for complex network engineering and operational problems
- Plan, design and optimise distributed multi-vendor network infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs and failover
- Engineer security and VPN solutions using Cisco firewalls and remote access tools
- Maintain hybrid cloud connectivity with AWS services such as VPCs and Direct Connect
- Lead upgrades, incident root cause analysis and architecture documentation

- Deep experience with enterprise routing, switching and network security
- Hands on knowledge of Cisco Firepower, FMC and ASA
- Experience with site-to-site and remote access VPN technologies
