- Own each project end to end and deliver it within scope, schedule and budget
- Convert contracts into work breakdowns with estimates that match the sold figure
- Keep the backlog ready with traced design, acceptance criteria, estimates and dependencies
- Run weekly reporting on budget burn, risks, blockers and dependencies
- Handle scope drift through change control and defend the team's estimates
- Mentor project managers and build templates, dashboards and PMO practices
