What you will do
- Design a scalable brokerage system that handles mission-critical workloads
- Build middle and back office services, including gRPC microservices and a React admin interface
- Integrate third-party vendors and extend the core framework for new languages, currencies and markets
- Coordinate with tech leads in other regions through asynchronous and occasional synchronous meetings
- Act as operational reliability lead and incident commander during regional hours
- Mentor engineers on engineering principles and help grow the regional team
