Senior Software Engineer, Python and React

About the role

A hands-on engineering role owning features end to end for a platform that runs short-term rental operations, with Python backend work leading and React frontend work second. The team treats AI tooling as central to how it builds and reviews code.

What you will do

• Deliver React and React Native frontends powered by those services
• Model strong use of AI coding agents, prompt and context engineering, automated review and test generation
• Maintain engineering standards such as CI, peer review, testing, observability and safe AWS releases
• Connect third-party booking, payment and messaging platforms and keep those integrations dependable
• Work with product and operations to turn real hosting problems into released software, and mentor through review

What they look for

• Daily, serious use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor in production work
• A record of shipping and operating production systems, including on-call response and follow-up fixes
• Fluent written and spoken English for working with teams in London and Kraków

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows or LLM features such as tool use, evals, prompt caching and cost control
• React Native, Elastic Stack, or proptech, travel or marketplace background
