The consultant leads the deployment and adoption of enterprise software for customers, guiding projects from discovery and solution design through go-live. The role blends consulting, technical aptitude and project leadership.
What you will do
- Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements workshops to define implementation strategies
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution designs and implementation plans
- Configure, deploy and support enterprise software in line with customer goals and best practices
- Work with project teams on activities, timelines, risks and deliverables
- Facilitate testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness and go-live support
- Deliver customer training and enablement programs to drive adoption
What they look for
- Five or more years implementing enterprise software in consulting, implementation or technical delivery
- Experience leading customer implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption
- Proven ability to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions and plans
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, data migration, change management and adoption practices
Nice to have
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management solutions, with Windchill strongly preferred
