About the role

Act as the senior member of a client success team, raising support standards for municipal clerks. Own client problems end to end, work closely with developers on technical issues, and turn fixes into documentation and product improvements.

What you will do

Design and maintain the path issues take from support to developers
Turn resolved issues into playbooks the team and AI agent can follow
Step in when automation or documentation falls short and make clients feel heard
Own accounts in trouble, running recovery with one plan and regular updates
Reproduce bugs, write clear reports for developers and stay on them until shipped

What they look for

Ability to handle both client relationships and technical troubleshooting
Strong written communication for developer-ready issue reports
Comfort working with developers daily
Willingness to work Central US hours from the US, Canada, UK or Ireland
