What you will do
- Help configure, deploy and support servers hosting custom business applications
- Assist with setting up and maintaining development, test, staging and production environments
- Monitor server health, performance and availability and help resolve issues
- Support patching, updates and routine operating system and infrastructure maintenance
- Help document configurations, procedures and environment architecture
- Contribute to automation of provisioning, configuration and deployment tasks

- Enrolled in a computer science, IT, engineering or related degree
- Current junior with a GPA of 3.5 or above
- Analytical approach with solid troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
- Familiarity with networking basics such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and firewalls
- Able to write clear technical documentation and use Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash or Python
- Basic grasp of virtualization such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
