You will keep critical production systems stable, fast and dependable, working where development meets operations. The job centres on automation, observability and stopping incidents before they happen.
What you will do
- Keep production systems stable, performant and fault tolerant
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation and observability tooling
- Watch system health, handle incidents and carry out root cause analysis
- Work with development teams to raise service scalability and reliability
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs and error budgets
- Lead incident response, document root causes and run blameless post-mortems
What they look for
- Fluent Russian and English at B1 or above, including technical documentation
- Three or more years as an SRE, DevOps or infrastructure engineer
- Strong grasp of observability principles covering metrics, logs and traces
- Hands-on Grafana and Zabbix administration, configuration and alert tuning
- Experience with AWS and CI/CD tooling
- Practical knowledge of SLI, SLO and error budget frameworks
Nice to have
- Monitoring and supporting mobile applications
- Familiarity with Terraform, Prometheus, Loki, ELK or similar
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments
