Engineers assess machine-generated code and build verified programming problems so that AI models improve on realistic software tasks. The work suits technical professionals who can spot flaws and explain them clearly.
What you will do
- Judge AI-written code for correctness, maintainability, quality and design soundness
- Write demanding coding tasks together with tested reference answers and test suites
- Examine model reasoning about architecture, debugging, algorithms and system design
- Spot logic errors, weak edge case handling, slow implementations and design gaps
- Give detailed written technical feedback that helps models perform better
- Keep evaluation standards consistent so assessments stay accurate and dependable
What they look for
- Three or more years of professional work in data science or software engineering
- At least one year at a top technology, finance or research organisation
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or similar from a US, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand or UK univ
- Solid grounding in programming and software engineering fundamentals
- Able to check code correctness, find bugs and judge design choices
- Strong analytical skills and clear written English for technical feedback
