Specifications Coordinator II

About the role

A technical support role within project teams, making sure design intent becomes documentation that satisfies performance, regulatory and client expectations. The coordinator helps keep specifications consistent across disciplines and projects.

What you will do

• Compile and arrange project manuals for several projects at once
• Create projects in Specpoint, add team members and define export settings
• Coordinate with the specification writer so manuals are formatted and packaged correctly
• Share deliverable needs and due dates with the team and external consultants early
• Run quality checks on project manuals
• Track and refresh project statuses in the specification application

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum
• At least four years in an administrative support role
• Solid written and verbal communication, including proactive outreach
• Strong planning and organizational ability
• Comfortable adapting in a fast changing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam

Nice to have

• Associate degree
• Experience in the architecture, engineering or construction sector
• CSI certification
• Familiarity with MasterWorks, MasterSpec, e-SPECS or Specpoint

USD 46,000 to 57,500 per year
