Sports & Entertainment Partnerships Manager, UK

About the role

A commercial role building a new sports and live entertainment business across the UK, positioning protective security as a smoother arrival experience for venues and event organisers.

What you will do

• Set a focused UK market strategy covering arenas, stadiums, festivals, racecourses and venue operators
• Open doors, generate demand and build senior relationships across priority accounts
• Manage complex deals from first conversation through deployment and expansion
• Work with marketing, engineering, customer success and product to shape a UK value proposition
• Build pipeline through prospecting, referrals, events, demonstrations and partners
• Feed market intelligence on competitors, buyer needs and deployment models back to the business

What they look for

• Entrepreneurial commercial leader able to build a market rather than only manage accounts
• Familiarity with the UK venue security landscape, including protective security expectations and Martyn's Law
• Ability to prioritise segments by account potential, event frequency, attendance and readiness to change
• Track record of senior stakeholder relationships and complex opportunity management
• Comfort translating capabilities into measurable operational and commercial outcomes
