Own the full monthly accounting cycle for a set of simulated small business clients, and turn that work into training material and workflows for an AI accounting system.

What you will do
- Verify payroll instructions, run payroll, and confirm the tax payment date
- Prepare EMP201 returns for PAYE, SDL and UIF, reconcile them to payroll, and set up payment
- Check the client pack for completeness and correct period, then code bank and card transactions
- Post journals for stock, depreciation, payroll, creditors and debtors, and reconcile bank and card accounts
- Draft the monthly management report with income statement, balance sheet, gross profit analysis and commentary
