Staff Mission Solutions Engineer

About the role

A field-based technical sales role supporting international defense and intelligence customers buying electro-optical satellite constellations. The engineer turns mission needs into tailored proposals and guides deals from first qualification to contract award.

What you will do

• Act as the main technical advisor across the satellite sales cycle for defense, intelligence and government accounts
• Convert mission needs such as ISR, constellation performance, latency and ground software into tailored proposals
• Give technical presentations, product demos and proof-of-concept sessions to senior military and government audiences
• Scope procurement models and solution designs together with business development and systems engineering leads

What they look for

• Deep expertise in remote sensing and satellite systems
• Experience supporting technical sales to defense, intelligence or government buyers
• Ability to translate complex space imaging and communications capabilities into mission value
• Willingness to travel internationally around half the time
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
